Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How do I import my own rigged mesh with animations from blender

I have been searching for for around a hour for help with this and I feel like ripping my hair out. Most of the stuff I have found thus far has been outdated. I would appreciate if someone could explain how this process works or point me into the right direction.

I am trying to take my rigged mesh and import it into UE4. I have successfully imported the mesh with the skeleton but I have not been able to import an animation. Anytime I do it shows up completely blank. I think (??? Not sure) this has something to do with my mesh's physics considering that when I press simulate it explodes while the SK_Mannequin just ragdolls to the floor. Please help.

Product Version: UE 4.20

To start, I would suggest removing the Physics Asset from the skeleton asset for now until the exploding problem is resolved. You can always create another one later.
