How do I import my own rigged mesh with animations from blender

I have been searching for for around a hour for help with this and I feel like ripping my hair out. Most of the stuff I have found thus far has been outdated. I would appreciate if someone could explain how this process works or point me into the right direction.

I am trying to take my rigged mesh and import it into UE4. I have successfully imported the mesh with the skeleton but I have not been able to import an animation. Anytime I do it shows up completely blank. I think (??? Not sure) this has something to do with my mesh’s physics considering that when I press simulate it explodes while the SK_Mannequin just ragdolls to the floor. Please help.

To start, I would suggest removing the Physics Asset from the skeleton asset for now until the exploding problem is resolved. You can always create another one later.
