Fastest way to import & render animation with UE

I have animation from 3ds Max with multiple bones / characters. I want to use UE just for the rendering!
What is the fastest workflow?

Previously I was importing the character one by one / the bone animations - FBX keep my hands tie - I have to pivot them manually again in UE and prepare them in Max specialty. It was tedious, Is this the only way?!

Can I just bake the whole scene somehow and forget about bones and individual pivots?!
