Is it because i have never version than before?
When I clicked new project I could choose rts/minion/strategy sample where basically were 2 teams of minions that were using Unreal Engine default manequin model.
These2 teamsattacked opposite team - there were health bars done and dmg as well if I remember well.
But I dont see that sample anymore.
Where could it be?
it was very simple sample with no graphics just minions, damaging and health
hmmm i dont remember ever seeing one like that. there was a training stream where they made a moba. and there used to be paragon which was a game. other than that i would suggest you check the learn tab for content example projects. maybe your looking for the strategy game example or the turn based one.

I Don’t remember there ever being an RTS/moba template.
What you can try is installing an older engine, see if the template is there and then just convert it into a newer engine version.
