Animation breaks aim mode

Hello everyone!

I have a question, or more than a question it is a problem.

I am developing an FPS game, and I have a problem with the aim mode because as the weapon is attached to the hand, it moves with the animation (which is cool when you are not aiming), but when I am aiming it looks weird… The weapon moves all over the screen following the hand, even having blended the runing animation with the idle aim animation.

I do not know how to solve this, so I hope someone knows the solution.
