[Closed] [Launcher/Website] 2FA Emails not sent
For the past month or so I've been having serious problems receiving 2FA emails. The account is on a custom domain and there's no spam filtering at play as I disabled it after the first email wasn't received.
Since then I've attempted to log on and been prompted for 2FA at least 2-3 more times, and the emails never showed up. Fortunately I can use my active session in the Launcher on one machine to log into my account and temporarily disable 2FA to log in on the new IP/device, but this isn't viable in the long term.
I don't seem to be the only person experiencing this - a quick search around social media indicates that it's affecting others too.
I don't wish to disable 2FA permanently on my account so I can post to Answerhub or update binary engine builds. It would be great if you could investigate adding 2FA support for Google Authenticator or SMS as an alternative, especially in situations like this where at least superficially the issue appears to be with your email system, and problems logging in effectively prevent me from using channels like the forums or Answerhub to ask for support.
