Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Office Holiday

Epic Games' offices will be on holiday from June 22nd to July 7th. During this period support will be limited. Our offices will reopen on Monday, July 8th. 

An error occurred while packing the project (without the nativization). An error occurred while packing the project with the option of nativization.

When I package a project (without the nativization), the build log does not report errors, but an error occurs when starting the compiled project. There are no error messages in CrashLog, but there are lines in the usual log:

If I package a project with nativization, the assembly is interrupted with a similar message (again an error with "/ Game / Blueprints / Components / Craft / CraftComponent" and "Game / Blueprints / Components / Craft / St_Recipe"):

I tried:

  • Delete the folders "Binaries", "Build", "Intermediate", "Saved", "SaveSaveoked".

  • Package with option and without "FullRebuild", "OnlyMap", "Nativization", "Pack files".

What can help me? Thank you.

The problem with creating an ".exe" file when packing a project. Solution: download "Editor's symbols for debugging" and "source code for the engine", this will help. Target fix 1.4.21.

The problem with blueprint nativization. Target fix 1.4.21 (?).

Problem with compiling the blueprint. Could not understand the reason, I had to delete the function.
