Multiplayer: Rules Keep World of the function DetachFromComponent not work on the client. UE-63267
DetachFromComponent gives strange relative location, but in the server it's ok. Also Keep World normal work with actors - DetachFromActor.

Steps to reproduce:
1) download test project https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rIQvuuDfAZuKrFoi4v2CCfNkTuiyYJXY (clean ThirdPersonTemplate with a little attach detach modification - folder Test in the Content and input logic in the ThirdPersonCharacter)
2) play NewEditorWindows (tested in the Packaged too) - players 2
3) go to the left 2 coubs, when coub intersect with char red grab sphere press E for attach
4) move coub around and press E again for detach
5) server see that transform is ok, but client see that on this place no coub
