Launcher set-up asking for EpicInstaller-6.9.1

I have had to uninstall Unreal due to problems I’ve had following a Windows update. I used the Launcher to carry out all the installs then tidied up the Epic files associated with Unreal - was trying to remove a problem with the graphics card.
I am now trying to reinstall Unreal to continue developing my games.
No problem downloading the launcher exe but when I run to install I am getting two error boxes pop-up:

  1. Network resource unavailable : Epic
    Installer 6.9.1.msi

&

  1. The older version of Epic Games
    Installer cannot be removed

This is stopping me work on over a years worth of development. Please help!!!

Fixed. I ran this utility which looked at the uninstall files and the like.

This worked for me as well. I had uninstalled previously due to limited drive space which caused this I believe.
