Do unreal provide a sever and database for every game that you make

Hi, I’m having a question that is confusing me a lot. I’m not sure if that after you packaging your project, dose it came with a sever and a database or you have to create your own database and buy your own sever? Thank a lot.

No.

All unreal gives you is the tools to create a dedicated server. You have to find (or buy) the host yourself.
You also need to write the code to create and manage database yourself.
(Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong)
