Low quality textures popping :(

This always happens with this object, the camera is a little distant textures are low resolution, only become normal if the camera is too close to the object. Can anyone help me?

Hey JHanziwest -

Click on the mesh in the level that is causing this problem and go down to Rendering in the Details Panel and click the down arrow for the advanced options and under TextureStreaming change the Streaming Distance Multiplier up to 2 or higher. This should allow you to keep the higher texture quality for longer.
