Exported fbx from UE4 results in a pose difference between UE4 and Motion Builder

Hi,

We have noticed that there’s a difference in pose between what is seen in UE4 and Motion Builder when we export an FBX from an animation uasset from Unreal.

Here’s how a particular frame looks like in Unreal before export:

This same frame looks different in Mobu (notice the dislocated left shoulder and the left wrist bone with respect to left elbow/wrist):

This exported fbx if used within Mobu is then exported back to UE4 these problems don’t appear but our animations then don’t match as the wrists are placed at different location within UE4 and Mobu.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
