How to get Grass to render past a certain distance?

Hello!

Having a bit of an issue, I’m wanting grass to appear further away from the user, but right now it only appears within a short ring of the character. I’ve looked extensively online and the only thing I can find is a mention to try using a command called: foliage.MinimumScreenSize. However, it doesn’t do anything. Is there a reason why it might not be working, or an alternative? Thank you.

If you’re using foliage system properly than you have a ‘Cull Distance’ field, that you can use to control the visible distance for grass. BTW check out Getting Started with Landscapes Materials and Foliage | Live Training | Unreal Engine - YouTube

Thank you for your response! I have been using the cull distance field and while it make changes going smaller, putting it to the maximum doesn’t extend it out any further. I will look into your video when I get the chance, thank you for the link and your suggestion
