Broken navigation mesh

Navigation mesh is right until I run simulation or start playing.
When I start playing the whole navigation mesh shifts on some direction.
Before running:

After starting simulation:

Rebuilding everything and restarting the editor didn’t helped.
Also every time I change any setting of the navmesh actor it shifts further and further:

How to fix this?

The problem was gone after deleting that navmesh actor and rebuilding navigation. But why that has happened?

I was having trouble with the same thing happening to me.
