Audio crashes the game

On some devices as soon as the audio file is played, sound/music the game crashes.

My friend has android 8.1 and the game crashes on him, I have android 7.0 and it doesn’t.

It’s the only thing bothering me…, everything else works fine

What should i try to do?

For some reason the game was working on the devices it didn’t for couple weeks. After couple updates it doesn’t work again.

Crash report just says

“[CrashReportClient]
bHideLogFlieOption=false
bIsAllowedToCloseWithoutSending=true
CrashConfigPurgeDays=2”

“bIsAllowedToCloseWithoutSending=true” - Is it possible to turn this into false? What would it even do exactly?

Crashes also on Samsung galaxy S7.

I really would like to know that’s happening.

I can’t really say it’s about the audio anymore because it worked for some time and i haven’t changed any audio settings. Haven’t changed really anything which could cause a crash like that.

The game crashes when the game is launched after splash screen.

No. I tried removing the music from main menu and the game doesn’t crash for them who had it crashing, but when they open any level the game will crash. Levels has still music. The game was working for them for some time and i have no idea what was the cause. Only reason i can find is that unreal engine version causes the crash. I tried verifying the unreal engine install but no magic. Is there really nobody experiencing the same issue?

I Have Finally fixed this problem 3 day 0 crash What i did is first do this ==>(i found the solution go to control panel/hardware and sound/ power options/then check balanced mode then click change plan

Problem fixed!

The cause was either “looping” node in “music_cue” or “ä” letter in the music name which i changed into “a”
