Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Volumetric lighting with fog not rendering correctly for interior scene.

Hi there, I have been trying for 3 days trying to sort out this issue. I have tried numerous versions of UE4, different computers and different projects which are all producing the same result.

I have an interior scene with a window which should allow shafts of light to come through after enabling the volumetric fog in the heightfog as well as with the light itself (A spot light). I'm confused as to what i am doing so wrong to get this kind of result. I started a new scene and made a room out of cubes just to see if the same thing happened, which it does.
