Packaging failure where I dont have a clue of what is the problem

Hi Guys
I am trying to package my project but its failing. I use PCL(v1.8.1) and boost code(1.68 I think) as custom plugins, and I have got the packaging done earlier nicely when it was UE4 4.12-4.15 or so as I remember. Right now I can build and run everything nicely with Visual Studio 2017, no problems, no errors, except a few warnings, but only the packaging gives me problem. I have fixed all the blatantly obvious errors from the package logs but now I got no clue as to what is causing this failure. I see a couple of warnings and such but nothing really pops out to help me fix this. I have copied the entire contents of the log. Please advice.
