Spawned static mesh doesn't create in far distance

Hi there,
I’m at my deadline and I find out that the static mesh components that I spawned on game begin play has not been created in far distance from camera. I think it’s a normal behavior and engine doesn’t want to draw them but when my character goes there I want them to appear or be visible all the time.

So is there anyway to force them to be present even they are not in range? or increase any range?
