Surfaces bugged after loading project

Yesterday my project was fine, I closed UE4 Editor and when I reopened my project today all of my surfaces were glitchy.

I tried rebuilding the lighting but I had no effect.
Closing and reopening the project also changes nothing.

*Edit: I tried duplicating the cubes and the duplicates did not have the issue. When I later built the lighting the duplicates flickered like the rest.

it looks almost like a z fighting issue or a light map issue. are those meshes that you made or ones that came in the engine?

I didn’t make them, they were a part of the third person template.
