Android Spotlight

I am running into a new problem to me. I have a spotlight in my character blueprint, and in an actor which I can spawn at anytime, in the editor it works fine, but when packaging to Android no lights shown, the lights does not work. I tried changing some variables here and there, but nothing achieved.

movable and stationary spot lights are not supported on mobile platforms yet.

Does that mean we cannot fade spotlights in and out on Oculus Go for example ?
I can’t seem to find the way to do this.
I managed to fade in/out the orange glow of a fire by adding it to the sequencer. But I cannot fade my spotlights, they are either on or off.
