Smooth Shading on a Landscape

Hi all,

I am trying to use a relatively low-poly landscape. The problem is, you can clearly see the edges of each polygon. I found a post describing how to fix this using something with the normal map: Landscape, without smoothing - #14 by enlight_2014 - World Creation - Unreal Engine Forums

I tried this but my terrain now looks like this:

Other people were saying it worked like a charm for them, what am I doing wrong? This is my code:

The reason it looks like this is because the post is how to remove smooth shading not increase it i suggest using ambient occlusion/specular maps/emissive maps to achieve the effect you want
