Two finger panning in graph editor without clicking using trackpad?

Hi,

Was wondering if it was possible to get functionality for two finger panning in the graph editor when using a laptop trackpad WITHOUT holding right click?
I am currently using a windows Surface Book 2 which registers physical trackpad clicks poorly, requiring a great deal of force in order to register. This results in holding right click + two finger scrolling to pan in the graph editor to only work half the time, unreliably. (I had no issues when using a macbook trackpad.)
