Weird pattern on static mesh

Hello, I am new to unreal engine and I am an architect. I am using Archicad - 3DMax - UE4 (.pln-.3ds-.fbx) and always having import troubles. But one of the biggest which I can`t find solution to is the one that after import of some static meshes I am having some messy pattern for texture on static mesh. I have tried to search for solutions but none of them helped.

I was setting up coordinate index to 1,

changing lightmap resolution and recomputed normals (according to answers on forums) but it still stays the same

Excuse me in advance if I might have made some stupid mistake, as I said I am still learning this wonderfull tool, but it resists hard with all those constant import isues :slight_smile:

Forgot to add that during import i am having error of missing smoothing groups (not sure what it is, but any info might be helpfull)

You’ll need to unwrap the mesh in 3dsmax.
