Using UE4 in architecture offices

What are the rules for using UE4 within an architecture office in Germany for visualization purpose? The rules for using UE4 commercially in EULA say “Once you’ve begun collecting money for your product, you’ll need to track gross revenue and pay a 5% royalty on that amount after the first $3000 per game per calendar quarter”, but we are not actually building a “game product” for the intention of selling it. So could you please clarify the rules for using UE4 commercially by Architects and not game developers?
