Traced Radial Gradient Exponential

I want to add light-like traces to a RadialGradientExponential. The final result should look more or less like the one in the picture attached. As I am modelling it as a post process material, I don’t believe this is the case of using a Lighting material.

i think it was a perlin noise from starter or engine content. But you’re stretching the texture out so much nearly any noise texture will work fine.
