I can’t seem to locate the actual download for Blueprints. It’s always assets, or some other add-on.
If someone could actually link me the download, that’d be awesome!
What do you mean by Blueprints? Are you trying to install the editor?

Blueprints are the visual scripting method used in Unreal Engine, you can use them in the UE Editor.
If you want to know how to install the Editor, you can follow the GetStarted section of the Doc or directly to the Install portion: Installing Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine Documentation
If that isn’t what you want then can you describe more what you want? because what you are asking is quite odd.
