Box and Sphere Reflection capture in IOS

Hey Guys iam doing an Arch Viz Project, Everything was working fine till now , we have used reflection capture actors to create some mirrors , which usually reflects whats in the room . Its still working for editor , i can see the mirror like effects on the surfaces ,( which are using a metallic material ) . Few days back i disable the reflection capture Actors , by setting the transition box radius or area to 0 , which disabled all the reflection capture actors , Now when i turn them on , by setting their radius or area just like before . i can see its working in the editor , but when i package them and run them on ipad they are having wrong reflections for all the mirrors, eg : bedroom mirror is having reflectiion from another room , ofcourse there is one more reflection capture in that room also but , both the reflection capture are not intersecting .
i also tried to built them from the begining you know ,put them one by one , but as soon as i put the 2 reflection capture , it is giving me this error , which also is for device , In the Editor it looks fine .

Update :
Tried Deleting the Unreal 4.19 and reinstalling it still the problem remains .
I have another version of the same project which is in 4.18.3 and when i built for IOS , all the reflections were correct.
when i upgrade the same project to 4.19 , the same error showed up .
which means 4.19 is making some issue , but i already have reinstalled it , Does it create any temp files or folder in mac .
when i opened the 4.19 project inside mac after the reinstallation it did not compiled the shaders which means it already has that data . But where and i also do not have local derived cache .

Can anyone helpMe please .

is there Any way by which , i can Reset the whole Engine Version rg 4.19
i want to reset the engine so it acts like as it was installed today . No temp files No data derived cache etc.
