it’s fine that you want to search for some members to make a game.
But first i recommend doing this in the forum:

AND second you would need to give the people some Information about the game. Just asking for members won’t get you anywhere, because most of the people aren’t interested in that kind of posts.

Gather your ideas, Story and so on and write it down. Than you can gather some guys who are interested in your Game and help you. Also be sure that not many people do something like this for free. But you can try. (:
