For Unreal Editor 4.20.3 on MacBook Pro 13 inch, the initialization gets always stuck at 35%. It never goes pass that. What would be the solution? Any help is much appreciated!

Well could check out your ram, also be sure your Mac has the min spec hardware.(I am guessing you have already) It just give it plenty of download space on the disk. give it ventilation and leave it to download over night.

I have same problem at 35% of initialization on Ubuntu desktop PC. I propose that because my PC has only Dual-Core CPU instead of minimum requirement Quad-Core.
Today I have tried to wait for some time (about 45 minutes) and initialization continued and stuck at 45% now.)
Both CPU Cores usage stay at 100% by processes: UE4Editor and ShaderCompilerWorker

I will try to wait for some time may be it can help to initialize Unreal Editor at least.)

PS: I have to change priority of ShaderCompilerWorker process to ‘Very High’ and progress of initialization raise very much and Editor started in about 15 minutes.
