Weird square shadows from static lights

I’m using point lights and 512 lightmass resolution.

A little bit too few information… :S
BUT! I’m guessing you’re using modular pieces (same shaped light/shadow parts in your scene)… so I’m guessing you have a wrong lightmap for that floor piece and that effect all the other meshes… black/“missing” lighting information is usually because of missing uv island for that part of your mesh!

Yes, I converted brushes to static meshes and have obtained this.
