Can you set a particle's vector parameter to a random range?

Hi guys,
I have a particle parameter that’s random between two vectors and I’m looking for a way to set both the min and the max vector using a blueprint. Problem is that I only have Set Vector Parameter which takes only one vector, so how can I set both the min and max vectors?

It is wrong, if you get for example 60 fps, you can move the emiter 60 times every second, but if you are generating 5000 particles every second… can you see the problem?
