Event begin overlap is not fired when instance static mesh overlap with a pawn who are not moving.
I use instance static mesh component in my bullet. Set event "Oncomponent Begin Overlap (InstancedStaticMesh). When it overlap with player pawn, it deal damage to player.
But event component begin overlap is triggered only when it overlap with moving pawn. If pawn is not moving. It does not deal damage to player.
For bullets with other components (particle system, paper2d sprite, static mesh). They works normally.
