SpeedTree to UE4 has no wind after importing

Hello

So I am having an issue with SpeedTree in Unreal Engine 4. I am using SpeedTree Modeler v8.1.4 (UE4 Subscription Edition) I export the tree using File - Export to UE4
Then I drag it into a folder inside the UE4 Content Browser. Then I drag the weed into the scene and add a WindDirectionalSource. The weed was blowing in the wind inside SpeedTree. But in UE4 the weed is completely static.

The Strength and speed on the WindDirectionalSource is high and I have messed around with many settings but nothing changes.

What am I missing?

I do not see any include vertex data option. I do not see any include wind option.

What am I missing?
I am clearly doing something wrong.

Another thing, I have used .srt files for this exporting and importing before. But now it is being saved as a .st file
Why? What is the difference between .srt and .st?
Did the SpeedTree devs just decide that they want to start using .st instead of .srt or is there some significance to this meaning that it is a totally different file type?
