Im trying to make a magic game with a ton of particles, but as soon as I test it only the player who spawned it can see the particles. I cant find a solution and am starting to give up. Please help

Also the positions of the characters are a bit glitchy, the multiplayer all together was always a bit messed up, but if you can give me some tips that would be great.
