Editor crashes on project startup - help!

Hi, Really new to UE4 and not from a game dev background, so forgive any naivety!
A project I’ve been working on is unable to be opened. I’ve been removing files from its directory to see what seems to crash it out, and it seems that when I remove the levels folder itself, only then can I open the editor (with no content and I’ve deleted my only level).

I started with the product viewer template and built my scene from there - using datasmith to import my geometry.
The only reason I had closed the editor was to try to package the level as I was nearly finished!

I have attached the whole log as I really have no idea what I should be looking for here, any chance I can salvage any of this work?
Any tips for a noob like myself?
