Can anyone guide me to a good tutorial for creating Flare Particle Effect? I do not mean Lens Flare, but the emergency ones as everytime I try searching it give me lens flare tutorials.
basically you need 3 emmiters in your particle

A glowy light. Here’s an example shader graph of how the core of that material could be made

sparks. there are many examples in the starter content and in the example content project. epic also released a good starter series on cascade. which covers sparks.

smoke. again starter content has smoke in there. personally I like the smoke tutorial from imbuefx it is a bit advanced though.
I would just look for tutorials on each piece and then just assemble it
