Change language in-game with blueprints?

Hi,
I’d like to know if there is a way to change the language of the game while the game is active without restarting it. I’ve read this A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums, but it requires some C++ coding.
