How to rotate static mesh (which isn't movable)

Is there any way to rotate static mesh which isn’t movable?

lightmapped static meshes could be moved/rotated with lightmap in UE3.

You can have a movable object with lightmaps that are baked into it.

Once you change your object to movable you can go into the details panel and find the option for “Light as if Static” to bake lighting into the model.
