Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Unreal Studio, product viewer Vive Unresponsive

Hi!

VERY new to UE4, (coming from the solid modeling world of Industrial Design). I'm playing around with Unreal Studio, and trying to get my products to show on the Vive. I'm messing about in the Product viewer template, and can't get the level to play on the vive. I can play the level on desktop just fine. However if I press VR, I get the error message Unreal Unresponsive in the Steam VR home. However, if I try the beta editing tool in VR, it boots up into VR just fine. I've found a few threads with something similar suggesting changes to the Blueprints, but they didn't seem to apply to my case (i could be wrong on this) because I'm running a template that had a very large blueprint for starting VR.

Product Version: UE 4.20
