All actors no longer Tick

I was using UE4 normally, modifying one of my c++ pawn classes. When I test my changes in the editor, I noticed strange results. Eventually, I realized my pawn was no longer ticking. However, I tried playing in editor with the default pawn class, game mode, etc. and still no ticking. I made a test actor blueprint to place in the level, and it also will not tick. No actor in my project will tick now.
