Trouble Packaging Project For Windows 64-bit

Having trouble with my project packaging successfully. I don’t know enough about this sort of thing to know what the issue is, so hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. Trying to package for Windows 64-bit. Here’s the log from my attempt, from the first of the error messages on to the end:
