Is it true that using Chinese characters to name the Input / Output pins in nodes would cause engine crash?

Recently I received some pipeline restrictions demanding regarding Blueprint.

One of these restrictions is:
We can’t use Chinese characters to name the Input / Output pins in nodes.

(Such as the Chinese characters marked in this picture)

After consulting our Programming team, their response is that using Chinese characters might cause engine crash.

In design-wise, we (as designers) think that would cause major impacts to developing effectiveness.
In our opinions, by using Chinese characters to name or comment pins in BP nodes, the whole developing process can be more effective without attempting to understand every English vocabularies and what they are referred to.

Thus I want to be sure about this question:
Is it true that using Chinese characters to name the Input / Output pins in nodes would cause engine crash?

The only similar question and answer I found is this bug report of ver.4.6.1

And the Epic staff said this question has been solved in ver.4.7.

Are there any problems similar to that in the latest versions like 4.20 ~ 4.21?
Or do I miss something?
