UE4 Audio (attenuated) comes through both ears equally when to the right of player on android?

On PC, when the player rotates so that the audio is to the right, the sound only (for the most part) comes through the right ear on my headphones. This is to be expected. However, on Android the audio comes through both ears equally in the same scenario. Why is this?

The player is unable to tell where the enemy is in my game because he cannot tell where the sound is coming from.

This is a re post because I have determined it to be a bug, and it wouldn’t let me switch the category of my other question.
