Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble downloading the Unreal Engine. If I could get a little more information from you I can attempt to troubleshoot the issue that you’re seeing. Could you attach a screenshot of what you see in the Launcher after downloading UE, as well as verbose logs for this issue? To get verbose logs, please follow the instructions in the link above.
Please attach the screenshot and log to a reply here and I will begin investigating why you may be experiencing this issue.
