Compile HTML5 app for 32 bits web browsers

Hello,

I have developed a little application for HTML5 and I have the following problem when running the application in my mobile phone web browser:

I don’t know if this is a bug or it has solution. Does anyone know how could I compile my application in Unreal to run it in a mobile phone web browswer? In my computer it works well, but in my phone looks as shown in the photo.
