Unreal seems to crash randomly

Using unreal has become pretty irritating since it constantly crashes. I feel like it has something to do with Source control. The crashes seem to happen randomly, it doesn’t matter if I edit a material, build lighting, import objects or whatever. I have checked if its an overload of my cpu / gpu but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

The specs of my laptop should be fine.
Specs just in case:

Model:
Dell G5 5587

I7-8750H CPU, 2.2GHz, 6 cores

16GB Ram

256GB SSD

1TB HDD

1060 Max-Q 6GB

Im using Unreal 4.20.3 and its happening from the start i think… but getting worse. As I sayd its probably because of source control (perforce) because in projects where I don’t use it, it crashes a lot less.

I also have this problem that whenever I use unreal its trying to use my integrated graphics card (wich is totally crap) and that makes it crash aswell. So whenever I want to use unreal, I disable my integrated graphics card. Im not sure why its not switching to my dedicated gpu, if anyone has an idea on how i could fix this as well… Yes, I have switched it to my dedicated card in the nvidea control panel, but it still launches on my integrated card.
