Tried it on more that one account, as well as different cards, but get the same error every time. Just bought something like a week ago and didn’t have any issues. Not sure what is going wrong here.
you should ask the actual support people about your issue. the answerhub is a community page where most answers come from the community no from staff. my recommendation would be to send a email directly to the epic support.
