Html5 packeage running with indexedDB access disabled

i want package html5 file.
someone tell me i should click Project Settings → Platforms → HTML5 → Emscripten → IndexedDB to avoid happening “running with indexedDB access disabled”
but i can’t enable Project Settings → Platforms → HTML5 → Emscripten → IndexedDB
i am rookie in ue4.i will be very grateful if someone can help me.
