Error for packing android

for packing android i the unreal engine we cant packing.
error in the pack game.
we see diferent video in you tube and doc in the unreal sait and change setting and …
but erroring.

note = we can export for win and android in the new Empty project but erroring . we tets for emply project and my project .
Is the software problem?
we test for ur4 4.20.3 and 4.20 .
