Precomputed lighting scenario does not work in mobile preview?

I have three lighting scenarios for a single environment–day, sunrise, and sunset. I can switch between the three lighting scenarios as expected for the other play modes (I have generally been testing on “New Editor Window (PIE)”). However, when I test using the mobile preview, I start with the day scene which is lit normally, but if I try to switch to sunset or night, the scene goes black as if no lights are being computed. I have a print string in my blueprints letting me know that the user has hit the correct keys, so the problem must be with the lights. All the lighting has been rebuilt, as well.
